Since 2005 Andrij was involved in projects’ realization of Volyn Youth Right Protection Association as a lawyer – volunteer. During 2006 – 2009 was at the head of legal service of the organization. Andrij was responsible for giving legal consultations on criminal, civil, family, and economic law to everyone who applied to the organization. Nowadays Andrij keeps on giving consultations to the youth, and in 2009 was chosen to be the head of the organization. Also, he received education of a lawyer in Volyn institute named after Lypynski (MAYP).  

Oxana Ivaniuk, a financial manager

In 2001 Oxana joined the team of volunteers of Volyn Youth Right Protection Association. Since 2004 she works as a financial manager. She took part in trainings “Bookkeeping in public organizations”, “Juridical and account aspects, involving local financing”. She accomplishes financial project monitoring, gives consultations to the members of public organizations as for making an estimate of projects.

Iryna coordinated projects of political and monitoring aspects  in Volyn Youth Right Protection Association since 2007 and was responsible for information project monitoring. Since 2009 she occupied an office of a managing director. She got master’s degree in Volyn state university named after Lesia Ukrainka. Iryna has an experience of holding information meetings with voters, cooperates with companies of political directions.

Viktorija joined the team of Volyn Youth Right Protection Association as a jurist in 2008. In 2009 she received education of a lawyer in Volyn institute named after V. Lypynskyj (MAYP). She specializes in civil, economic, and employment law. She maintains juridical records of the organizations.

In August, 2009 Petro is appointed as a director of Social Politics Department of Lutsk Executive Committee. In 1999 was one of the founders of Volyn Youth Right Protection Association and was in charge of its legal service. He received education of a lawyer in Volyn state university named after Lesia Ukrainka, is a grant holder of Kirkland’s Program of Social Policy Institute of Warsaw University. Petro is a manager of projects on human rights, is an expert in the field of law, a member of Public council of Ministry of Internal Affairs in Volyn region, a head of Public council under a mayor of a city, a deputy chairman of Public council under Enforcement of Sentences Department in Volyn region.

Viktorija joined the team of Volyn Youth Right Protection Association in 2004. She received education of applied computer programmer in Human Development institute “Ukraine” in Lutsk. She works as a developer of sites in the organization, mails information about projects, is responsible for electronic versions of organization’s editions. Viktorija is studying at the National University of Government tax service of Ukraine, speciality: “State finances”.  

Mykola Ivaniuk, a member of Council of the organization

Mykola is appointed as a deputy head of Lutsk city council and as a chief of administrative services. He works in Volyn Youth Right Protection Association since 2000. He received education of a politologist in Volyn state university named after Lesia Ukrainka, finished postgraduate studies, and is a lecture. Mykola was a head of the organization from 2005 till 2007. He is a graduate of the program “Public relations” that was supported by Press, Education and Culture Department of USA Embassy and Project Harmony, state of Maine, USA (2003).

Ivan is one of the founders of Volyn Youth Right Protection Association. He received education of a politologist in Volyn state university named after Lesia Ukrainka. He coordinates organization’s  projects in the field of temporary and permanent employment of the youth.

Alina Masyuk, an editor of the “Iniciativa” newspaper
Since 2008 Alina works on the editing of the “Iniciativa” newspaper, the founder and publisher of which is Volyn Youth Right Protection Association. She is a student of Lutsk University of the Humanities, College of Journalism.

Olexandr Novosad, an expert – politologist

Olexandr joined the team and projects’ realization of Volyn Youth Right Protection Association since 2004. He received education of a politologist in Volyn state university named after Lesia Ukrainka. He is a postgraduate student of the department of politology. Olexandr has an experience of teaching a politology, science of law, and social sciences. He was an expert of the projects “To positive changes in community through the election”, “Introduction of mechanism of public monitoring over candidate programs’ implementation on the election 2006 in Volyn region”, and “Monitoring of activities of city councils in Volyn region”. He is a co-author of the reference book “Notebook of a voter - 2006”, of the compilation “Social programs of winners’ activities of the election 2006 in Volyn region”, “Activities of city councils’ deputies - impartial assessment of the community: results of monitoring”. Olexandr is a head of Association of young politologists and politicians. 

Stanislav Demchuk, a sociologist

Stanislav joined the team and projects’ realization of Volyn Youth Right Protection Association in 2008. He got master's degree in sociology in Volyn state university named after Lesia Ukrainka. He received education of a social worker in a vocational technical school under Lutsk state technical university. Stanislav participates actively in different researches made to order by state bodies and commercial structures. He uses computer programs for social data processing.

Andriy joined the team of Volyn Youth Right Protection Association in 2006, worked with projects aimed at giving consultations to prisoners. He received education of a lawyer in Volyn state university named after Lesia Ukrainka. In 2007 he got a certificate of right for advocacy. Andriy has an experience of giving consultations in the field of civil, economic, labor, land, and other branches of law. He draws up different kinds of papers (certificates, complaints, statements of claim, inquiries etc.).

Volodymyr Onyshko, an expert – analyst

Since 2005 he cooperated with Volyn Youth Right Protection Association. He has an experience of consulting on methods of cooperation among public organizations, local government administrations, and business. Also, he has an experience of cooperating and negotiating with large and average companies of the region as well as developing the market of business services. Volodymyr received education in Lviv polytechnic institute, Lviv state technical university, Lviv management institute (Certificate of a dealer of securities (1999), Confirmation of qualification and Certificate (2002)). He practiced in the bank within the program Community Connections (First American Bank, Wausau, WI, USA, 1997)

Viktor Zvonar, an expert – analyst

He started working in Volyn Youth Right Protection Association as a volunteer in 2002. He received education in Volyn state university named after Lesia Ukrainka, speciality: “Country-specific studies. Translations”, “Finances”. He practiced in the district administration of Lippe in young politics department as well as in control-auditing department (Northern Rhine – Westphalia of Germany (September – November, 2003), also in a city administration of Gdansk within the program «Wroclaw Solidarity Bridge»(September – October,2005)). Viktor is an expert in matters of corporative social responsibility of Local Development Fund. He is an active public figure and scientist. He is an author and co-author of more than 20 scientific works published in a publishing house of Volyn state university named after Lesia Ukrainka and others.

From the Association cooperated since 2001. Served as press serkretarya, editor of "Initsiavyva and chairman of the organization. Now Julia volunteer UN spetsialistz youth development in Rivne region. Works in the UNDP project "Social Inclusion for Civic Engagement in Ukraine." Received invaluable experience in the Association, and Julie continues to work with young people, develop the idea of volunteering, particularly among rural youth.
